Exchange and refund

The exchange and return policy is based on the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 of 19.03.94, which regulates that bed linen is not subject to exchange and return. Return of goods of good quality: * According to Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights” dated 15.05.1991 No. 1023-XII and Annex No. 3, as well as the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “On Implementation of Certain Provisions of the Law of Ukraine ‘On Protection of Consumer Rights’ dated 19.03.1994 No. 172, goods of good quality that cannot be exchanged (returned) include: Pillows, bed linen, rugs, mattresses, blankets, bedspreads, mattress covers, bathrobes, other bedding are not subject to exchange/return under the law on consumer protection

Return and exchange of goods of inadequate quality is possible within 14 days after receipt if:

1. The product came with a factory defect
2. The size and configuration of the goods do not correspond to those declared when placing the order

*Please note that claims for defective goods are accepted only if they are found at a new post office. Therefore, please carefully inspect the goods at the post office, regardless of the payment method you have chosen! After receiving the parcel, claims under this item will not be accepted. If you find any defects, please take detailed photos or videos and send them to us on Instagram.

Terms of return or exchange of goods:

1. the specified product was not in use
2. its presentation and consumer properties are preserved
3. packaging
4. factory labels are not damaged
